PurchaseGuard helps you track purchases, deadlines, and documents you choose to store.

What we collect

• Account email and authentication data
• Purchase details you enter or confirm after import
• Documents you upload (receipts, warranties)
• Price observations you record
• In-app notification preferences and audit events

What we do not do in this alpha

• No mailbox-wide Gmail/Outlook access
• No browser extension
• No sale, licensing, or brokerage of purchase or email-derived data
• No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts

Retention

Temporary parse material is deleted after a configurable retention window (default 24 hours). Confirmed purchase fields and user-selected documents remain until you delete them or your account.

Your controls

In Settings you can export your data or permanently delete your account, including documents and queued jobs.
